Description
A sandstone natural outcrop overlooking the valley of Pontypridd and Trehafod. The problems dry very quickly due to its sunny aspect.
Location
From Cardiff or Merthyr Tydil take the Ynysybwl exit from the A470. Drive into the center of Pontypridd (first sign-posted town center then Graigwen), to St. Catherine's Church. Turn right just before the church, (again signposted Graigwen), and then follow the road over a metal bridge before turning right, then left (signposted White Rock Estate) to reach Graigwen Place, then take the first right and follow the road up the hill towards Llanwonno. Either park in the laybay on the right by a gray wall, White Rock Avenue.
